We planned all of this on paper first to get more of an idea of the whole genre and we then thought of a title and a plot including the locations but it was more of a rough draft so when we start filming it would be more easier to understand and we can then look back at it if we get stuck on what bit we are up to. This spider diagram we used as a rough draft and then did it all online so then it looked so much better than what it looks like on paper.
I then went on the miro website and made another spider diagram including the people that are in my group made other diagrams on the locations for example and all of the other things that were basically on the rough draft that was on paper. I picked different types of horror films that I have watched and thought it looked good by the front cover then I put what inspired me to pick these types of films because on the first one I talked about which was sinister it shows a very dark tone and you can see that there is a mysterious person with the colour red and their hand is out with a paint brush so it instantly draws attention to the publics eyes especially when it has some creatures face on the painting it makes you think is it red paint or blood? I got the research on the film online and it shows that it has happened things like this so some crimes are true and it basically happened in the 1960s the storyline is quite creepy as well and in the film some creature starts filming innocent people dying in a horrifying way and then they save the clips and store it in the house where all the films are made and other people go to it because they think nothing is wrong with it but many suspicious things happen.
In the next film that is called lights out it drops a big clue in the name but the public might be confused on why it isn't that dark in fact it is a very light colour but basically in this film it is more different to the first film because there is a different creature that turns the lights of and on and they appear and disappear so that also makes the public want to know what will happen next. I then talked about one part of the scene that stood out because the girl had a light in her hands but behind her there is a hand grabbing out to get her and that builds up a lot of tension. I also talked about the movie Taken and I spoke about the split screens and how your seeing both point of views from what is happening where two girls go out of the country and they both get taken away by random people. And this whole part of the group planning I was responsible for I have looked at inspirational images for the horror films and trailers so it looks good enough to understand the genre and locations of it.
