It is basically about all the horror films and what kind of things that make a horror film such as aliens,darkness,danger,blood and the fear of being found by mysterious creatures or ghosts anything really that stands out and makes it a horror film.

Expectations of horror?
The expectations in a horror film would be a big plot that leads up to something big in a film it happens in every film because without a plot it wouldn't be as good and it would be all over the place so it would not make sense but it needs a lot of build ups to get to the final part and it usally starts with mini build ups then for the final part it leads up to the big build up of the horror film so the public instantly feel that tension and they know there will be a plot twist towards the end. The main things for a horror film to look good is to have loads of creepy makeup to put on or masks so you can't see who the person is underneath which makes people question what is actually going on in the movie and it makes it more creepy when the makeup is used during the shots.
